How can I send in-line images in an email to hotmail accounts?

Andry asked: I'm trying to send an email (in html format) to hotmail accounts with images in-line with the text, but the images always appear attached. I'm trying using Outlook and forwarding the email from my yahoo account, but nothing seems to work.hotmail.com.uk
