    I don’t know who to sign up for hotmail plus, but your account will self upgrade with time even if you don’t sign up for live plus. you can also have a look at other service like gmail.com or split your files in part with WinRAR.

    You have to purchase the space.

    There will be option called Upgrade now. near the space(your inbox memory).
