My grandmother is using Comcast email. Any message she sends to any Yahoo or Hotmail address bounces back. They do get through to a gmail account. This has been happening for an extended period of time. The addresses are entered correctly, and there are no settings in the recieving accounts that would cause the email to be bounced back.

send a e-mail to comcast, yahoo and hotmail support and ask them the reason why that is happening…

    1. The server your grandmothers email account is on may not have the correct security records setup, which tells the designating (yahoo, hotmail) servers her originating emails are authentic. (and not from a fake or unsecured server, which is what most spammers do, which is why those emails are blocked and or put into the spam folder)

    2. Or she may be on the same server as someone that was spamming, and now all of the email addresses on that particular email server are blacklisted. Having her email account moved would fix the issue.

One call to Comcast should resolve the issue if you clearly state your problem. You may even want to provide these two theorys to the customer support rep.
