You should paste it into microsoft word. There isn&#039;t a real way to actually move emails from hotmail to another location, I don&#039;t think. It is exceptionally easy to copy and paste though, so that&#039;s what I would suggest doing. After that, you can move the documents anywhere you want, documents don&#039;t take up a lot space either.</description>
