How can I send in-line images in an email to hotmail accounts?

I’m trying to send an email (in html format) to hotmail accounts with images in-line with the text, but the images always appear attached. I’m trying using Outlook and forwarding the email from my yahoo account, but nothing seems to work.

    Hotmail has a problem with this – I have tried the same thing and found everything I have sent ended up in Junk Mail and then I have trouble opening them from there.
    This is why I got rid of my hotmail account. They block everything you try to send to friends that use MSN or Hotmail
    They have there own way of doing things and limit you from doing what you want.
    I tried using my browser in yahoo to send, no way did that work, I tried using my camcorder direct, forget that route.
    I gave up…Went back to yahoo and got rid of the other and told my friends what happened and they said they never try to send pics cause the site just won’t let you.

    2-up loade your photo from your computer
    3- after that copy link or photo from loader program source
    ()
    4- paste it in your body mail
