I find it difficult to download and save email messages sent or received through HOTMAIL on my hard disk.
I find it difficult to download and save email messages sent or received through HOTMAIL on my hard disk.
Can anyone advise how this can be done?
I do not use MS Outlook and do not intend to use it.

hi
you can copy and paste to WORD
or you can open the mail
file
save as
‘save as complete website’
select the folder you want the mails to be stored
and that’s it
