How do I receive emails from other accounts on my Hotmail account?

Hotmail has an option that says “send and receive mail from other e-mail accounts”. I was able to set it up so I can send mail from my other account, but I don’t know how to make it so I receive other mail on my hotmail account.

hi
you can do this only with other hotmail,live or MSN accounts
open your mail from which you want to forward the mails to another account
options
Manage your account
Forward mail to another e-mail account
complete the form
save
